  HCI is one of Singapore’s premier Independent Schools, with a rich history of 95 years. IT’s mission is to develop compassionate leaders to serve in areas of research, industry & government. HCI has a strong focus on developing students who embrace the values of hard work, resilience, passion and compassion. It has produced 54 President’s Scholars to date. Every year the school prepares about 1,200 students for the GCE A-Levels. Almost all its students go on to pursue undergraduate studies, with the top 50% of each cohort being offered admission to universities such as Oxford and Cambridge; Imperial College London, Stanford, Berkeley, MIT, Yale, Princeton, Penn, Brown; Peking, Tsinghua and Fudan universities in China, as well as Medicine, Law and scholars prog in local universities.
