Other school features and achievements

  Special emphasis is placed on developing the character of the students. Has put in place a 6-year Character Building Programme for the whole school based on the school’s Shared Values, HOPEFUL – Humility, Obedience, Perseverance, Empathy, Faithfulness, Unity and Loyalty. The school also places great emphasis on partnership with parents. To date, there are 10 support groups (e.g. library, pastoral care, class support) formed within the PSG. In 2006, the school was awarded the COMPASS PARTNERS (Merit) Award in recognition of the school’s strong and effective partnership with parents and the community. In 2010, the school received the COMPASS PARTNERS (Outstanding) Award in recognition of the school’s excellent efforts and commitment in collaboration.
