Special Student Development Programmes Offered
Design Thinking is used as an anchor pedagogical approach to inculcate in our students the ability to create and innovate using various technologies. Through the Design Thinking process, we seek to stretch the imagination of our students, empowering them to appreciate the relevance and value of what they are learning in the academic curriculum. To further augment students’ motivation and purpose in learning new knowledge and skills, Admirals are put through a leadership programme with involvement in community outreach projects. Overseas learning experiences are organised to raise students’ cross-cultural skills and to deepen their commitment and rootedness to Singapore. These include cohort trips which are organised to complement existing cultural exchange, twinning and immersion programmes.
